Space Reservation Request Form
Spaces within our residential buildings are primarily reserved for residential and academic programming. This includes, but is not limited to, programming from Residential Experience staff (REx) and programming by Resident Assistants (RA), Resident Directors (RD), Faculty-in-Resident (FIR), and Operations & Services Personnel.
Programs or events not affiliated with Residential Services are welcome to use these spaces; however, we are unable to confirm reservations in advance. Use of the space is permitted on a first-come, first-served basis, provided there is no existing reservation at the time of the request.
